We are avid lovers of our own products and the Zeit team are proud to offer money back guarantee on all our products. 

Please note though that this offer does not apply to tents that have been damaged recklessly or damaged through improper set up. We guarantee our tents to be free from manufacture defect. We will accept returns of all unused products, within 3 months of purchase.
